Hi! I’m Dani, a dedicated private bartender in Whistler and the Sea to Sky region.

My focus is on delivering unforgettable cocktail experiences tailored to intimate gatherings, exclusive events, and special occasions of all kinds. With a mix of creativity, precision, and professionalism, I craft each cocktail to be a memorable highlight of your event.

I specialize in combining approachable yet sophisticated flavours, ensuring each drink is as aesthetically stunning as it is delicious. In 2023, I was honoured to be named the Canadian national champion of the Giffard West Cup global bartending competition and represented Canada on the international stage in France. My work has been featured in publications such as Canada’s Top 100, ELLE, and Whistler’s Pique magazine. I’ve also shared my expertise on “The Industry Podcast” and performed guest residencies at several bars among Canada’s Top 50.
