HI, I’M DAVE.
I’m the owner, founder and bartender of Good Spirits. After spending the last 13 years working in cocktail bars in Dublin, Sydney, Melbourne, London, Wellington and Auckland, I settled here in Auckland. I wanted to bring the high end hospitality experience that I’ve been accustomed to direct to customers here in New Zealand with a mobile service.

Our approach is, we’re serious about cocktails and even more serious about having fun. We’ve been through the good, the bad and the ugly, figured out what works, sprinkled a little magic on it and created Good Spirits. Our team are passionate about making cocktails, flavour experimentation, garnish aesthetics and making sure everyone has a great time, that’s the ethos. We make the drinks, you enjoy yourself. Simple. We hire the best so you have the best time.
